Sprain and strains are a common occurrence. Even mild injuries can limit your function. Addressing these injuries early can help you avoid loss of strength, mobility and adaptive compensations that can prolong your recovery. Our staff will guide and ensure you return to your prior level of activity as soon as possible.

Following your initial evaluation, your therapist will educate you about your injury. You will have a good understanding of your injury and what you can do to best help in your recovery. Appropriate applications of modalities will be used to promote healing and aid in decreasing pain and inflammation. Therapeutic exercises will be appropriately incorporated to maintain strength and flexibility while avoiding unnecessary stress to your injury. As you recover, more advanced activities will be added to restore normal movement and function.
